We invite you to join us on Thursday, Sept. 28, 2023 for the Not-for-Profit Basics: Financial Statement & Form 990 Walkthrough webinar.
Financial statement reporting for not-for-profits can vary widely across the sector. Should you report the breakout between operating and non-operating activities? Should you use the stacked presentation or the columnar presentation on your Statement of Activities? These topics will be discussed so you can make informed decisions on what is best for your organization.
We will also walk through the Form 990 and the list of expansive schedules that may be included with yearly filing. We will select a few schedules to have a further detailed discussion on. The goal is to help you position your organization for success in completing the tax return, since the Form 990 is open to public disclosure for all not-for-profit organizations.
