Healing from Hurt: Restoring Trust After Harm in the Workplace

Online Event
  • Member Price: $45.00
  • Non-member Price: $75.00

About this event

In the dynamic landscape of Oregon’s nonprofits, workplace hurt has become a pervasive, daily challenge, leaving lasting devastating impacts on both organizations and the dedicated people that make them up. The resulting burnout, high turnover, and dysfunctional teams is threatening our health and ability to achieve our missions. How nonprofit leaders respond to and grow from these experiences of hurt is often the difference to our very survival.

This training is designed to equip participants with essential knowledge and practical skills to effectively address and navigate instances of workplace harm. By attending, professionals will gain insights into the identification and impact of workplace harm, learn from real-life case studies, and explore proactive strategies for restoring trust. The training focuses on the critical role nonprofit leaders play in fostering a resilient workplace, emphasizing empathy, active listening, and the implementation of trauma-informed care principles.

Join us as we aim to empower nonprofit leaders to build trust and to thrive in the face of some of the hardest workplace challenges.

NAO is committed to creating inclusive learning environments and providing reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities.
