About this event

The movement towards diversity, equity, inclusion, justice and belonging (DEIJB) is a long and arduous journey. In the nonprofit sector, progress looks different, but it shares common obstacles. It is important to gather together as a community to assess our efforts toward being the change we want to see in the world. This network session will allow us to reflect on our progress and speak to what needs to be done to get to where we are trying to go in our organizations and the communities we serve.

We will:

• Report the results of the EILN survey issued to DEIJB leaders and advocates.
• Invite in-the-moment, qualitative feedback from participating members.
• Encourage deeper conversation that brings us closer to a better understanding of how to proceed moving forward.

Join the conversation on where we’ve been, what we’ve done, and what we hope to accomplish to make progress related to DEIJB in the nonprofit workplace.
