This highly interactive session will bring fundraisers in your community together for a collective learning experience where each can share their thoughts, challenges, and aspirations. Come prepared to jump right in and contribute to the discussions and activities.

Discussions: Learn from experts and peers about effective strategies and techniques that you can incorporate into your own fundraising – setting you up to craft compelling appeals that resonate with your donors and generate outstanding results. You'll also be able to share success stories and lessons learned from your own experience!

• Tried and True: We'll first discuss direct solicitation best practices, exploring the art of mailed appeals, email campaigns, and more. What strategies have served you well in the past?
• Emerging Trends: We'll analyze the latest trends in fundraising, discovering what works like magic, what doesn't quite hit the mark, and the emerging techniques that will keep you at the forefront of the ever-evolving fundraising world.

Activity: This is your chance to receive valuable feedback, collaborate with fellow fundraisers, and polish your appeals to perfection. We encourage you to bring copies of previous years' appeals or this year's draft if you've already begun!

About the Presenter

Ron Frey, President, Frey Resource Group Ron has trained and consulted with hundreds of organizations on stewardship, leadership, marketing strategy, branding, and capital campaigns. He has served the Nonprofit Association of Oregon since 2013, providing training to hundreds of development professionals throughout the state of Oregon.
