"Practicing Trauma-Informed Care Where You Work" will be held on Saturday, June 3rd, at Rosie Baris Community Campus, 1010 NW 14th Street, Bend, Oregon from 1pm – 6pm. This training workshop, led by Dr. Shemya Vaughn and presented by Haelan House, is for Professionals to Implement Trauma-Informed Care into their business or organization. The cost is $160, which includes the training, a film screening of “The Invisible War”, and a workbook. The effects of trauma can have long lasting costs from individuals to the community. Being trauma informed and implementing trauma informed care in a business or organization can help the employees, management, clients served, and our whole community.
