Please join the Oregon Gerontological Association for a presentation about the Oregon Advance Directive and POLST. This will be an update on how to document the decisions that you make in your Advance Care Planning. Woody English, MD and Eriko Onishi, MD, MCR, PhD will present, reviewing the new Advance Directive (updated by the Oregon Legislature in 2021) and answering your questions about it.
