Join consultants Sara Curiel Paez and Alexis Millett in this online workshop to build foundational understanding, capacity, and analysis for engaging in diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice (DEIJ) work.
Together we will explore barriers people are experiencing, structural inequities, and fundamental mindsets and skills to build confidence and leadership in advancing equity and inclusion for the long-term.
This four-hour online session is intended to meet you where you are through discussion-based explorations of current challenges and opportunities from your unique perspective and experience.
We will delve into:
- The impacts of systemic bias at three levels: on individuals, within organizations, and in society.
- Ways to strengthen your cross-cultural analysis while building cultural humility.
- How to develop mindsets that support life-long learning and transformation.
- A framework for individual, organizational, and structural change
This workshop is appropriate for anyone interested in building DEIJ skills. It is also useful for organizations that have worked with Capacity Building Partnerships' DEIJ Framework in the past and want to get a refresh and/or orient new team members.
