Compensation conversations are important discussions to have with employees but let's face it, they can be extremely uncomfortable for all parties involved. More often than not managers and supervisors are expected to effectively navigate these discussions without any prior guidance or training.
During this session we will discuss the importance of establishing and communicating a sound compensation philosophy and strategy, review the significance of transparency and context, while providing leadership tools to effectively and authentically communicate aspects of compensation with employees.
