Even if “project management” isn’t your official title, the skills, tools, and approaches are useful for many roles in an organization, especially as we continue to navigate new ways of working. In this training, we’ll discuss how to manage and direct a project – or multiple projects – from start to finish.
We’ll discuss elements of communication, team management, planning and meetings, and explore and assess existing project management tools and software.
