Work Session: Build a Board Cultivation Plan that will Energize Your Fundraising Efforts
Nearly every nonprofit can benefit from having board members that are more engaged in fundraising – but how do we set ourselves up for success? It starts with having a board cultivation plan that is realistic and specific to our organization’s fundraising goals. Drawing from NAO’s Board Management Workbook, this exercise will help shift your discussions about recruiting new board members from a “who do we know” conversation toward a more strategic and ongoing board cultivation and recruitment process.
