The Annual McGinty Conference is Oregon and SW Washington’s leading research and education event that highlights Alzheimer’s disease and other Dementia related diseases. The conference is geared toward caregivers and care receivers affected by all forms of Dementia as well as professionals in the medical fields. The conference's interactive sessions, motivational speakers and innovative ideas focus on the many facets of Alzheimer's disease, caregiving, life-enhancing activities and research.
Conference registration cost is $100 for professionals and $50 for students.
Through a generous grant from Oregon Care Partners, the first 250 Oregonian family caregivers registered for the conference, will receive FREE admission. Washington State Families, there are a limited number of scholarships available. Please call 503-416-0214 for more information. Oregon Care Partners is a free education resource helping caregivers build the knowledge tools and skills needed to improve the quality of life and care for older adults and people living with Alzheimer’s in Oregon.
