After years of talking about the need for more resources to develop nonprofit financial leadership, we teamed up to design a 7-week course to help nonprofit leaders and emerging leaders better understand nonprofit finance models, budgeting basics, advanced budgeting, and financial strategies that build organizational sustainability. We will kick off the Nonprofit Financial Leadership Academy virtual training series on Thursday, September 29, 2022 from 2 to 5pm. By the end of the course, you will overcome your fears about managing your organization's finances and have the knowledge and skills to provide strategic financial leadership.
This course is designed for new executive directors, experienced executive directors needing a refresher, program directors wanting to learn more about managing their project budgets, development directors interested in expanding their knowledge, and emerging organizational leaders.
