About this event

​The DEI Leadership Cohort is designed with executives and/or system-wide leaders in mind. This includes people who have been charged with leading DEI initiatives and efforts. Cohort participants engage in a comprehensive learning experience that will challenge mindsets, advance leadership, deepen DEI analysis, and build leadership skills to implement and integrate DEI into the fabric of their organizations.

Elements of the Cohort include (all sessions are held on Zoom):

  • Full-Day Workshops: the core of the program, these discussion-based sessions encourage a peer “Learning Community” to strengthen and deepen DEIJ capacity together.
  • Peer Learning Sessions: smaller group sessions facilitated to support real-life DEI issues and implementation challenges.
  • One-on-One Coaching Session: time to focus on your development and think together with a coach about specific DEI and leadership challenges. 
  • DEI Resource Handbook & Online Portal: over 300 pages of DEI and organizational development handouts, worksheets, and resources.

The Cohort runs October 6, 2022 – June 15, 2023
