About this event
This session provides an introduction to racial microaggressions and their
numerous manifestations in the workplace. Participants will learn how
different types of racial discrimination, and specifically those enacted
through microaggressions, impact the lives of BIPOC employees and gain
hands-on knowledge and strategies to approach, address, and intervene when
such acts are present. We’ll also give recommendations on how to reduce the
prevalence and influence of microaggressions on recipients.
