NCC Virtual Workshop Explores Dependency in Relationships
Successful give and take in a relationship is the sign of a healthy balance of codependence and interdependence. When that balance is upset, feelings of dependence or responsibility for others’ actions often results. This interactive workshop offers tips about healthy and unhealthy forms of dependency and offers suggestions on nurturing healthier forms of interdependence. The workshop is led by Michelle Sideroff, LPC.
Mark your calendar for Saturday, August 28th. The workshop runs from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The cost is $30. Hardship scholarships are available upon
request. Pre-registration is required.
The workshop is a Zoom session. An email with links for access will be sent
