Title
Managing Staff in 2021 - How are Nonprofit Employers Innovating for Success?
Presenter
Christine Frazer, HR Strategist, Christine Frazer HR Strategist
With the pandemic carrying into 2021, we’ve had to learn how to manage remote employees, keep staff safe, possibly downsize, all while maintaining a positive work culture. Learn about ways other nonprofits are innovating and breaking barriers to be successful. This course is perfect for nonprofits that have between 1-25 employees.
Participants will be able to:
- Hear ideas gathered from other nonprofits who have been able to find innovative ways to continue to be successful.
- Take away an “Onboarding To-Do List” and helpful onboarding tips to help, whether your remote or in-person.
- Better understand what engagement means from an employee's perspective.
Please note that a recording of this webinar will be sent to registrants after the event.
