Kay Sohl, National Trainer & Consultant
Kay Sohl Consulting
Presentation & Continental Breakfast at 8:00
Networking at 9:30
Dashboard reports are an effective way to describe a nonprofit organization’s programs and finances to a range of stakeholders. These concise metrics help Board and staff set benchmarks, monitor progress, and make informed decisions, and they allow stakeholders to understand the organization at a glance, focusing on elements that most impact mission and success.
Interpreting detailed financial statements and program reports and creating succinct and understandable dashboards is an effort rewarded by staff, Board, and other stakeholders who are more knowledgeable of your organization.
This session explores:
- Determining your audience
- Identifying key metrics and data sources
- Engaging constituencies both inside and outside your organization
- Establishing a process
