Applying Some Time Tested Techniques
Because our team members are different in terms of commitment, development,
skill and personality, it is critical that we adjust and adapt our leadership
style especially in our ever-changing work world. This dynamic has been
amplified by challenges we now have with how well or how poorly employees are
adjusting to workplace changes.
We will explore ways to improve team functioning through understanding and
practical application of Situational Leadership principles. This is a simple
and remarkably practical model. In this interactive session learners will
incorporate these time-tested concepts into daily practice.
