September 24th – 7TH Annual Great Hour of Caring
This is the feature fund raiser for CCS each year. Table hosts are empowered to invite 8 to 10 guests for a free lunch as part of a scripted, one-hour event held at an area banquet facility. The agenda includes a video highlighting the important work of CCS and a few notable speakers including the Catholic Archbishop of Portland, the Executive Director of CCS, and a client for whom CCS has made a significant life-impact. At the end of the hour, guests are asked to make a pledge or one-time contribution in support of the many CCS programs.
