Presentation & Continental Breakfast at 7:30
Networking & Celebrating 25 Years of NFMA at 9:00

Whether your nonprofit has direct federal awards or received its federal dollars through agreements with state or local governmental entities, the White House Office of Management and Budget’s (OMB) release of the new Super Circular is bringing big changes to the requirements you must meet to manage those federal dollars. It’s official—after years of discussion OMB has announced its decision to create a Super Circular which will replace A-122, A-110, and A-133 for nonprofits. If you missed the in-depth discussion of the OMB changes at our April 25 workshop, catch up with this important news at this NFMA session.

This session will focus on the treatment of administrative and other indirect costs in the new Super Circular. Learn what your nonprofit needs to do to prepare for the changes, including:

  • New opportunities for nonprofits with federally negotiated indirect cost rates to use federal dollars for administrative costs
  • Cost allocation requirements
  • New guidance on time records for employees performing multiple functions
  • Implementation dates and strategies
