NCC Workshop Teaches Boundary Skills for a Healthier YOU
All of us, at one time or another, has found ourselves being pulled in too many directions. Sometimes we feel invisible or powerless, perhaps even experiencing emotional pain in our relationships.
Mark your calendar for Saturday, November 16, 2019. Learn from a knowledgeable therapist about boundary types, healthy limits and maintenance tools to help improve your physical, relational and mental well-being.
The workshop runs from 1 PM to 3 PM at The northwest Catholic Counseling Center, 8383 NE Sandy Blvd., Suite 205, Portland, OR 97220. The cost is $30.
Hardship scholarships are available upon request.
