NCC Workshop Teaches Surviving Trauma
Trauma affects us all at one time or another. Events often leave lasting marks that may cause distrust of others, mood changes, heightened anxiety or unreasonable fear.
Mark your calendar for Saturday, October 5, 2019. Join with others to explore ways to cope. Learn from a knowledgeable trauma therapist how trauma impacts the brain and body. Discover tools to help bring more thriving.
The workshop runs from 1 PM to 3 PM at the Northwest Catholic Counseling Center, 8383 NE Sandy Blvd., Suite 205, Portland, OR 97220. The cost is $30.
Hardship scholarships are available upon request.
