About the Presenter
Jan McGowan started consulting to nonprofits following a successful 17-year career with the organization SOLV. She and her husband, Executive Director Jack McGowan, grew SOLV from an all-volunteer effort to a staff of over 30. It became the largest volunteer support organization in the Northwest, involving tens of thousands of people annually.
