Description: Green Empowerment is a nonprofit founded and based in Portland
that helps rural communities around the world access renewable energy and
clean water, often for the first time. Over the last twenty years, our team
has empowered over 400,000 people in 9 different countries through
community-driven projects that not only increase access to basic resources,
but also empower women, create livelihood opportunities, build climate change
resilience and more. This summer, join Green Empowerment and friends for an
evening of fun and appreciation. Get behind the scenes updates from our staff
visiting from Latin America and Southeast Asia. Get-to-know other local
organizations working locally to make an impact globally. What better way to
connect with like-minded professionals than by enjoying local beer and
delicious food while soaking up the sun on Uncorked’s rooftop patio? We
