About this event
Join us for wine, beer, and food as we celebrate Timberline Lodge's art and
history at the Oregon Historical Society after hours on the First Thursday in
May! Part of your evening with you and your friends gets you a VIP look at
OHS's full exhibit "Barley, Barrels, Bottles and Brews: 200 Years of Oregon
Beer." Hear and see what's up with Pendleton Woolen Mills, plus a rare
"offsite" exhibition of artifacts from Timberline Lodge, and drawings for
some awesome prizes.
This event benefits Friends of Timberline, which is dedicated to the
preservation and conservation of National Historic Landmark Timberline Lodge,
protecting its historical integrity, and communicating the spirit of its
builders by providing counsel, raising funds, and coordinating community
efforts.
Maybe you already know … but some of our past projects include: textile
renovation, the Rachael Griffin Historic Exhibition Center, Light Up the Art,
the winter entrance, the amphitheater restoration, and art conservation
projects. Please join us in sharing our love for the Lodge!
Get ticketed now, help us spread the word .. see you on Thursday May 2 at
Oregon Historical Society for "History Happy Hour: Timberline Traditions."
