Description: Join us for a day long training designed specifically for board
members. Learn about issues impacting your organization, from financial
policies to strategic growth opportunities. You will learn about the duties
and responsibilities of being a nonprofit leader and then move onto best
management practices. Choose workshops that are of interest to you, which
will include legal, financial, grant-seeking, human resources and board
relationship topics. All workshops will be led by highly experienced
nonprofit professionals including nonprofit attorneys, CPA's and
