About this event

Jeri Alcock, CFRE, Founder / Executive Transition Services Associate
DonorDynamics / Nonprofit Association of Oregon

Presentation & Continental Breakfast at 8:00
Networking at 9:30

Sustainability is not possible until you master the art of transition. What often separates good fundraising teams from great ones is their ability to seize the opportunity that transition presents for strategic assessment and improvement. Since 2001, NAO has helped more than 150 organizations with executive and development transitions. We’ll discuss how organizations have used interim support and share lessons learned and commonly accepted best practices during transition.
