Join us for this half-day workshop that will help you strengthen your board and your organization! 

In this interactive and engaging session you will learn about:

• Roles, responsibilities and legal duties of a nonprofit board
• How the Board Chair, Board and CEO work together most effectively
• How to recruit and retain the board members you really need and
• Board diversity: Getting started 

You will also gain useful tips and tools you can apply immediately to organize the work of your board!

About the Presenter

Adrienne Graham, Owner, Leapfrog Training & Faciliation & Central Oregon Representative, Nonprofit Association of Oregon   Based in Sisters, Adrienne Graham brings deep experience with nonprofits. She served as a nonprofit executive director for over 12 years and for 20+ years has provided training, consulting and facilitation to nonprofits and to the public and private sectors. Prior to joining NAO, Adrienne owned Leapfrog Training & Facilitation, a consulting firm that provided strategic planning, leadership development and organizational effectiveness services to nonprofits, community groups and associations, including NAO.
