About this event
Restorative practices are not just for schools and the justice system, they
can also be used for addressing conflict in the workplace. This workshop will
explore how restorative practices have the potential to dismantle oppressive
systems and create more equitable organizational outcomes.
Restorative Justice is about changing systems to address harm more
meaningfully and undo systematic patterns of institutional racism and
oppression. Restorative Practices are the ways in which individuals and
communities can more meaningfully build relationships and address harm when
it happens, and work towards restorative justice.
