happen incidentally, nor because of good intentions. For many of us, despite
our best intentions, the outcomes of our work further entrench racial
injustice.
No checklist, tool, or workshop has value beyond what you do to take action.
The focus of our institutional equity series is to make visible the choice
points that can bring your equity outcomes into better alignment with your
intentions.
