If the demands of the work you do with your organization are asking you to step up from management and into leadership, neuroscience-based techniques might just be something for you to explore.
In this four-part series, you’ll learn ways to:
- Increase your confidence and leadership skills
- Lower your anxieties related to performance concerns
- Increase your job satisfaction and efficiency
- Clean up blocks to being a more successful leader
- Roadmap your organization’s goals
- Resolve issues and make decisions
- Deal with emotions and motivate others
- Achieve a healthy balance between your work life and your personal life
Session 1: September 19 (90 minutes)
You will learn how to easily shift your brain’s default setting from “always on the lookout for problems” to a solution-seeking mindset.
Session 2: October 3 (90 minutes)
You will support your solution-seeking mindset by elevating your thought processes high above the details and problems that can drag you down into drama and dysfunction.
Session 3: October 17 (90 minutes)
You will discover the five social leanings of the brain and how mastery of these will positively impact how you interact with individuals and groups.
Session 4: October 31 (90 minutes)
You will integrate your new “brain apps” into your work and personal routines. Discover how you work and how you can transform your organization by transforming yourself.
Also, attendees will expand on the sessions and support their insights working offline with other participants (typically a 20-30 minute phone call per week) on specially designed paired home-action assignments. This will imbed new learning and allow you to use the information right away in your organization.
