Every year, Oregon Volunteers hosts an event known as Life After AmeriCorps to provide training and networking opportunities to support AmeriCorps members’ future success, whether it be college, graduate school, or a career. This year as part of our Life After AmeriCorps event, we are hosting a networking event. This event will allow AmeriCorps members from across the state to showcase their service and impact, connect with each other to discuss what they’ve learned, talk with you and other organizations about possibilities, and of course connect with potential future employers to continue their service. As part of this event, we invite partners, local non-profit organizations, political groups and policy organizations, government agencies, and social benefit corporations to attend. The benefit to you will be an opportunity to meet some amazing potential employees and to talk with other organizations about how they are making an impact.
If interested, please go to this survey to fill out your information pertinent to attending the event. We will use this survey to inform our AmeriCorps volunteers about what they can expect, what fields and organizations are represented, and how many organizations are interested in hiring new employees. Your information will not be taken from this survey and used for any mailings or data analytics – the sole purpose for this survey will be for this event.
