Webinar Description

Title
The Next Generation of Employee Healthcare

Summary
Employee healthcare is one of your nonprofits biggest expenses. But are those dollars being spent wisely for your organization and your employees? The traditional model of healthcare just isn’t cost-effective for nonprofits nor does it benefit employees in the long run. As such a new – and better – solution must be found. Fortunately the advent of healthcare reform has inspired innovation on the part of healthcare entrepreneurs who want to shake up the current system for the better

In this 60-minute webinar, health insurance broker Rachel Johnson from Nonstop Administration and Insurance Services, will share how the Nonstop Wellness program can help Oregon nonprofits reduce their premium spend while eliminating all employee out-of-pocket costs.

A partial self-insurance model for employee healthcare can:

  • Save your organization 12.5% annually
  • Support recruitment and retention efforts by eliminating all employee out-of-pocket expenses
  • Build your organization's operating reserves

Note: This webinar is intended for CEOs, CFOs, COOs, HR managers, and board members of Oregon nonprofits with 50 or more employees on benefits.

Participants will also hear experiences of how the Nonprofit Wellness program has positively affected change for Oregon nonprofits and their employees. Guest speakers include:

  • Jim White, Executive Director, Nonprofit Association of Oregon
  • William North, Chief Executive Officer, Rogue Community Health
  • Martha McLennan, Chief Executive Officer, Northwest Housing Alternatives
  • Rick Nitti, former Chief Executive Officer, Neighborhood House
