Time management is important, but what is truly critical is understanding our roles as executive directors, managers and leaders and determining where our energies are best spent. This engaging workshop offers new perspectives and provides practical strategies to become more effective in our leadership roles. After this training, participants will better understand how to direct their energy toward higher level tasks.
This workshop is best suited for: emerging and seasoned CEOs, executive directors, managers and board leaders.

Corky McReynolds facilitates and trains leaders and teams through effective individual and group processes that build capacity for organizational development in nonprofits, agencies and professional associations. Corky’s background as an administrator, teacher, researcher and consultant result in best practices and action-oriented outcomes. Corky also serves as Adjunct Professor at both Pacific University and Portland State University (PSU). At Pacific he teaches an undergraduate course in Personal Leadership and at PSU he teaches a graduate course in Strategic Planning.
