Critical Connections & Critical Mass: Supporting Movement Networks for Change

At the end of this 4-hour workshop, participants will have a deeper
familiarity with theory and successful practices including:

– 5 elements of a thriving justice ecosystem
– 3 priorities for change now
– Successful practices of raising and distributing $ in networks
– Collaborative & collective power
– The collaboration spectrum

A greater capacity for making the funding case including the why’s of wise
action in complex times

Examples of inspiring success stories from other contexts and actionable
takeaways/implementable next steps that make sense for where they are in
their own growth around collaboration.

Program will be workshop style including Full group work, Presentation, Mini
workshop, Individual & small group reflection, Discussion, and Q & A.
Attendees are encouraged to bring all current collaborative groups but it’s
not a requirement to already be engaged in a formed coalition.
