Oregon Employment & Training Association is an all-volunteer, non-profit
association dedicated to the professional development of individuals in the
field of Workforce Development.
Rendezvous is a comprehensive, 3-day learning event designed to enhance and
renew the skills, knowledge, and partnerships of Workforce Professionals
throughout the State while recognizing the accomplishments of those dedicated
to Oregon’s Workforce.
OregonETA members of the association include leaders from Career Centers,
Youth Programs, One-Stops, WIOA Programs, Private Practices, Rehabilitation
Programs, and other various government and community-based employment and
training organizations as well as private practitioners. Our members work
with all populations and age groups needing employment and re-employment
services, and partner with many Oregon workforce’s businesses and
industries.
