This interactive training will review facilitation basics, then focus on
advanced skills practice.
Learn skills and tools to:
• Make meetings effective, productive and efficient
• Manage difficult behaviors
• Ensure accountability for assignments & outcomes
• Reframe conflicts
• Make decisions in large groups
Ideal for managers, human resource professionals, attorneys, and anyone who
works with a team, leads meetings, or hosts forums or discussions.
Trainer Kon Damas
Kon managed the Community Mediation Service (CMS) of the City of Boulder for
more than twenty years. He has facilitated many large, tense meetings and has
trained facilitators and mediators.
This program has been submitted to the HR Certification Institute for
continuing education approval.
