This workshop will teach you about the proposal lifecycle, from research to
submission, and how to develop a strong grant writing plan. During this day
of experiential learning, we’ll cover the following topics:
• Describing the need for your program
• Developing strong goals and SMART objectives
• Creating a realistic work plan and timeline
• Demonstrating your program’s success through outputs and outcomes
• Monitoring and reporting on your program
• Describing your plan for sustainability
• Developing grant budgets

WHO SHOULD ATTEND: This workshop is designed for nonprofit staff or
volunteers who are grant ready, from an organization with a mission, budget,
and clear sense of what it is trying to achieve.
