Vicki Clark, Senior Governance Consultant
Board Source
Registration & Breakfast at 8:30
Presentation at 9:00
Today’s nonprofits are forced to address continuing challenges in a volatile economic and social climate. This interactive session provides tools and information to encourage nonprofit leaders, both staff and volunteer, to engage in mission-driven strategic thinking and planning. Using Peter Drucker’s The Five Most Important Questions You Will Ever Ask About Your Organization, we will focus on getting back to the core mission—outcome-based planning vs. project based planning and retooling for sustainability and long-term success.
