This workshop will draw on the 33 Principles and delve into specific principles that are relevant to board governance.

Andy Maffia and Elsa Romero both specialize in audits of nonprofit organizations, single audits, agreed-upon procedures and consulting work. They have served over 100 nonprofits each and are actively involved with many local nonprofit organizations.
