looking forward: LOOKING BACK will be the inaugural exhibition in the Annex
at the Bush Barn Art Center when it opens to the public on September 23.
Through audio interviews and visual art from past Salem Art Association
artists and administrators such as Carl Hall, Charles Heaney, Sara Swanberg,
Nancy Lindburg and Bonnie Hull, visitors will be able to reflect on the
history of the organization and imagine what the future will hold for this
exciting new space. Art by Andrew Myers, Eric Tautkus and Chris Casarez will
also be on view throughout the Annex.
The opening for this exhibition will take place during The Annex Grand
(Re)Opening & Fine Art Friday event from 5:15-8 pm on Friday, September 23.
The reception and exhibition are free and open to the public.
