FEATURING: Anne George, professional mediator, facilitator & public involvement expert, offering: “Basic Mediation Skills for Improved Listening.”
YOU’LL LEARN: About what we each bring to a conversation and how we can become more effective communicators and negotiators through better listening. Anne will show participants how to use in daily life the basic skills employed by professional mediators.
Based in Central Oregon, Anne facilitates meetings and mediates collaborative
processes for organizations, businesses and government entities. Her work is
focused on helping individuals and groups identify and implement creative
solutions to personal, organizational and community concerns.
