Advanced Volunteer Engagement

Engaging Volunteers in Rural is essential to achieving organization’s missions. This session will review volunteer engagement and volunteer program development best practices. Once concepts are reviewed, we will dive into actual challenges organizations in the room are facing, and strategize how to apply the concepts to these real life examples.

Outcomes

• Participants will have a better understanding of volunteer engagement best practices.
• Participants will have the opportunity to apply best practices to their own organizations.
• Participants will engage with and get coaching from peers around current challenges they face pertaining to engagement.
