This four-hour session will take you on a quick tour of brain basics as they apply to the neuroscience of mindfulness and the cultivation of greater mental clarity, physical ease and emotional fluidity. We’ll
connect the dots from contemplative practice to modern benefit, and dive into experiencing both formal and informal mindfulness practices as a means to bringing greater awareness and intention to everyday life. At close of session after lunch, participants will wall away with a broad understanding of mental training through mindfulness, a tool kit of informal “micro-practices”, and audios for continued formal and informal home practice.
