and to adjust to the variety of personalities that serve together.
Learn the Nine Points of View that leaders might consider and apply when
working with others. Take-aways include a keener understanding of how energy
follows your attention, and seeing that your areas of attention prefer
repetition. Identify the nine lenses that leaders bring to situations, and
better understand the benefits and challenges of those natural points of
view. You may also find how your own view affects your narrative, attitudes
and choices in leadership.
