community dispute resolution. It is designed with energizing activities to learn and practice conflict resolution tools, including conflict theory,
mediation stages, empathic listening, facilitating negotiations,
cross-cultural conflict management and more!

Training participants learn to be an impartial third party, manage highly
charged negotiations, and empower the clients to find solutions that meet
everyone’s needs. This training meets the Basic Mediation Curriculum
Standard as established by the Administrative Rules for Community Dispute
Resolution programs.
