In this interactive, two-hour marketing workshop, participants will practice how to craft a dynamic marketing plan that attracts new patrons and keeps them coming back for more. There will be a Q&A session at the end of the workshop with the presenter. Workshop content will be most relevant for staff and board at performing arts organizations but may be applicable to others as well. All levels of experience welcome.

About the Presenter:
Raychel Kolen has spent more than a decade leading marketing strategies for arts organizations and currently oversees marketing efforts for the City of Eugene’s Cultural & Recreation Services. Past posts include Marketing Director for the Eugene Symphony and Senior Consultant with TRG Arts, an internationally renowned arts marketing consulting firm. As a consultant, Raychel worked with more than 100 different organizations across North America, helping their ticket sales and contributed revenues to skyrocket.
