This unique, donor-centric series is for leaders in the non-profit sector who want to shift their organization’s fundraising model by scaling around strategic relationship development rather than mass engagement. Sessions are customized for small to medium sized organizations. The series is comprehensive in nature and will cover all aspects of major gift programming, including prospect identification and management, strategic relationship development, endowments, policies, infrastructure, data analysis, case statements, staffing, metrics and research. Participants will have the opportunity to schedule 6 one-on-one sessions during the series. Coaching sessions can be customized to focus on specific major gift topics of interest.
