Now that we’re in the 2nd year of implementation of OMB’s Uniform Guidance, we’ll explore the strategies nonprofits are using for getting governmental funding awards to cover their full administrative costs, including the impact and challenges of the 10% de minimus indirect rate. We’ll also take a look at the next big challenge – implementing Uniform Guidance requirements for procurement policies and procedures, as well as revisiting the continuing challenges of time and effort tracking.
