Decisions Decisions
Fundraising is seen as the single most important and yet least exciting aspect of an effective nonprofit organization. We know we need fuel to drive our programs and make a difference in our communities. Yet fundraising is often the most feared and uncomfortable aspect of a Board member’s leadership involvement.
It doesn’t have to be that way.
This workshop takes up the challenge of fundraising head on. The session will reframe the basic assumptions about organizational sustainability and in doing so, create better fundraising strategies, develop stronger motivation for Board involvement, and create momentum to immediately improve an organization’s fundraising program.
Who Should Attend?
This session is ideal for Board members and staff members working to support Board fundraising success.
